Mario Vella, former Labour Party president in the 1980s, has been officially named as Malta Enterprise chairman. His deputy is William Bait.

The other board members are Anton Borg, Michael Grech, Peter Borg, David Marinelli, Victor Carachi, Marlene Seychell and David Curmi as representative of the Malta Chamber of Commerce and Enterprise, while the GRTU is still to name its representative.
