The General Workers Union has asked for the intervention by the prime minister to solve issues that are holding back from an agreement on a new collective agreement for IPSL workers who have been without a collective agreement for 11 years.
A union statement said it is still not satisfied with the latest offer it received from the Public Administration Collective Bargaining Unit despite the fact that Dr Muscat himself said the collective agreement will be signed in the coming weeks/\.
