Therese Bonnici Monday, 17 November 2014, 12:52 Last update: about 13 years ago

The budget for 2015 will be presented this evening by Finance Minister Edward Scicluna. As is usually the case on budget day, many people will be tuning in on the media at 6.30pm to find out what's in store for them.

This morning, journalist Therese Bonnici and cameraman Matthew Agius were in Valletta to find out what the people are expecting from the budget. Click on the video above to hear what they had to say.

As from 6.30pm, The Malta Independent will keep you informed with the budget presentation followed by the initial comments and analysis.

The Tuesday edition of The Malta Independent daily will be a special one with highlights of the budget speech and more reactions. The Malta Business Weekly, on Thursday, will give a more detailed account of the budget from a purely business angle.
