Parliamentary Secretary Ian Borg said the new complex in Nadur is one of a series planned which are on the same lines.

He was speaking during an inauguration of a boutique hotel in Nadur. A number of boutique hotels are set to open in Xewkija, Ghajnsielem and Sannat and works on these projects are to be finalised by the end of this year.

The Nadur hotel is to host 12 rooms.

Dr Borg said that the government is continuously working to create a business friendly environment to help create further investment. He said that currently, a number of squares in Gozo are being renovated through the use of European funds.

Dr Borg said that these type of projects will help create new job opportunities for Gozitans.
