A 19-year-old man from Sudan has been certified as suffering from grievous injuries after he was involved in an argument in Valetta this afternoon.
According to preliminary investigations, the 19-year-old was arguing with a 31-year-old Libyan, resident in Hal Far.
The young man was taken to Mater Dei by ambulance, while the Libyan man has been held for questioning.
Investigations are ongoing.
