The 5th Wesminister workshop came to its end when late this afternoon, the Speaker of the House of Representatives Dr Anġlu Farrugia, addressed the delegates at the Parliament of Malta.

Speaker Farrugia thanked all those who participated in the workshop and emphasised that this experience of having members from various Parliaments serving on the  Public Accounts Committees of their respective countries working together for the establishment and operation of the Commonwealth Association of Public Accounts, is a milestone which will ensure the relevance of the same Commonwealth.

The session was also addressed by Mr Andrew Tuggey Deputy Lieutenant, Chief Executive & Secretary, CPA UK, and by Mr Tonio Fenech, who was elected as the first Chair of the CAPAC Executive Committee.
