The body of a woman recovered from Ghar Lapsi this morning is that of Ruth Attard, 27, who was reported missing on Saturday. The grim discovery was made at around 7.30am this morning.
The police on Saturday had issued a missing person's report.
This morning, the police said that they were no longer looking for the woman.
The police thanked all members of the public who passed on information about the woman.
