Integrated Maritime Policy launched today; government to have rights to foreshore and seabed

Parliamentary Secretary for economic growth Jose Herrera today launched the Integrated Maritime Policy
Dr Herrera said that a law on the issue of public domain was among the 50 initiatives proposed in the new Integrated Maritime Policy.
The new law, he said, would give the government rights over the foreshore and seabed, which is essential for the development of a healthy maritime policy," he said.
