A new photo-voltaic panel funding scheme was today launched by the Health Ministry and the EU funds Ministry.
In a statement, the government said that the scheme involves €15m in EU funding that could possible be of benefit to up to 7,000 families. Applications, said the government, will be accepted as of July. The scheme covers 50% of expenses and can see a return of up to €757 for each KWP generated. The maximum return is of €2,300 per year.
