A warden booked a motorist because the front-seat passenger – according to the warden – was carrying a child on the lap, which is not allowed by law.
But the “child” turned out to be a black hairy dog with pointed ears, according to the person who got the contravention.
The irritated owner of the vehicle posted the contravention received on Facebook... along with an explanation.
Our guess is that it’s one word against another, and the matter will be debated in the tribunal.
