A Maltese-Australian 11-year-old girl has captured the hearts of thousands of Australia’s got talent fans as she gave a heartfelt rendition of one Adele’s more popular songs in tonight’s semi-final.
Violeta Bozanic, whose mother comes from the sister island of Gozo, is showing a lot of promise at the 2016 Australia’s Got Talent show. Voting is now open and will close on Tuesday 23 February at 12pm AEDT (2am CET – Malta time).
Any Maltese people with family in Australia are encouraged to reach out and inform them to vote for the young talent. You may vote by accessing the Australia’s Got Talent Facebook page and calling or texting the number provided.
“I’m so grateful and thankful to have such an incredibly supportive and loving friends and family. I really appreciate all your support through this journey and your belief in me. I am ready to perform tonight in the semi-final and show Australia my best performance of my life that will get me through the Grand Final. Love you all so much!!!” she wrote on Facebook.
Ms Bozanic, who currently attends Northmead Creative and Performing Arts High School, has the unique ability to sing across a range of music styles, which has certainly come across in her various performances.
