A man is still missing at sea after jumping off a boat in St Julian's late last night, sources have said. 

The boat was on its way to shore after a boat party when six men leapt off the boat. 

Five of the six made it shore, while the sixth person, believed to be a Frenchman, never made it. 

A late-night helicopter search and rescue operation failed to find the man and an AFM helicopter is continuing the search this morning.
