Vittoriosa made it two wins in a row on Thursday, beating Marsa by the odd goal in three in a highly entertaining match. Vittoriosa fully deserved this victory as they were surely the better outfit on the field, creating much more who never than their opponents. However credit goes to Marsa who never gave away an inch and even went close to snatch an a point.

For Vittoriosa Gianluca Sultana, Luca Casha and Ogunnupe played a very good game with the former two putting their names in the scorers' list. Gianluca Sultana's winner was a stunner, a real picture goal.

Vittoriosa's victory could have even been by a bigger margin, but Ogunnupe missed a penalty late in the game.
