Parliamentary Secretary Silvio Schembri said today that “malicious attacks” by Nationalist Party exponents are causing damage to the country.

Reacting to a speech by PN leader Adrian Delia, Schembri said the government is working to repair the damage that has been caused by the Opposition to the country.

The PN needs to start listening to operators in the financial services sector who say that what the PN is doing is unacceptable and causing harm to people’s livelihoods.

No other opposition in any country acts like the PN does to harm its own people, Schembri said. The financial services sector is strong and will continue to be strengthened, he added.
