A book on Gozo’s history, beauty and culture was launched today by Gozo Minister Justyne Caruana.

The book was written by historian Joseph Bezzina, with photographs by Daniel Cilia.

Launching the publication, Caruana said she wanted it to be a showcase of Gozo and will be given to distinguished guests who visit the island. It is also on sale in leading bookshops.

Bezzina said that the book is divided into seven chapters including general information, historical facts, language and food, the Cittadella and Victoria, feasts and regional activities.
