Tonight (Wednesday 11 September), between 8pm and 6am, Qormi Road, from the Marsa-Hamrun Bypass flyover to the Qormi roundabout, will be closed in both directions for overnight road works, Infrastructure Malta said.

Drivers are urged to follow alternative routes through December 13th Road and It-Tigrija Road (Santa Venera to Qormi) and from Valletta Road to Cannon Road (Qormi to Mriehel).

From Friday night to Saturday afternoon (13th, 14th September), 8pm to 1pm, Qormi Road will be closed in one direction, from Qormi to Santa Venera, for asphalt laying works.
