It’s in Delia’s hands: What will he do with Jason Azzopardi? – PL

Now that the allegations made in a criminal complaint signed by Nationalist MP Jason Azzopardi have been declared unfounded, what will PN leader Adrian Delia do with the MP?

This is the question that was raised this evening by the Labour Party after the publication of an inquiry report drawn up by Magistrate Joe Mifsud after a criminal complaint signed by Azzopardi on behalf of NGO Repubblika.

The NGO filed a criminal complaint against Prime Minister Robert Abela, Brigadier Jeffrey Curmi and the P52 crew after a number of migrant deaths. The inquiry ruled that the allegations were unfounded.

The Labour Party said Azzopardi made serious allegations against the PM, AFM commander and AFM crew. Azzopardi has said that he will not apologise, and so now everything lies with Delia – what will he do seeing that Azzopardi will not be shouldering responsibility?
