A man was seriously injured after a two-storey fall in a construction site on Monday morning.

The man, who was later confirmed to be 27 years old from Ghana, was injured in a construction site at Triq San Klement in Zejtun.

The incident was reported at around 11:30am and district police were on site to make preliminary investigations.

The man was taken to Mater Dei Hospital by ambulance.

A magisterial inquiry is being led by Magistrate Ian Farrugia, while district police are leading the police’s investigations.
