The vehicle used in last week’s Sliema double murder was found at the St Luke’s Hospital car par, TVM has reported.

It also said that equipment used to jam radio and mobile frequencies was found inside.

The white Volkswagen Tiguan was stolen two years ago.  

Chris Pandolfino and Ivor Maciejowski were killed inside their home on Tuesday after three persons entered their home and opened fire at around 10.30pm.

TVM said other objects that indicate that these were professional hitmen had also been found in the vehicle. It said the suspects are believed to be Eastern European.
