23 new cases of Covid-19 were reported on Tuesday, while 39 patients recovered, the health authorities said.
This brings the total number of active cases down to 356. The total number of cases since the start of the pandemic has risen to 2,099. There have been a total of 14 deaths and 1,729 recoveries.
The number of swab tests carried out between Monday and Tuesday stood at 1,364, bringing the total number of such tests since the start of the pandemic up to 205,141.
The cases announced on Tuesday are still being investigated. Of the cases announced on Monday, 3 are family members of previously known cases, 2 cases were work colleagues, 2 cases had direct contact with other positive cases and 2 cases came from the body building competition cluster.
