A 37-year-old man from Zejtun suffered serious injuries after he was involved in a traffic accident early on Friday.
The accident took place at around 5.45am in Tal-Barrani Road, Tarxien, the police said.
The victim was riding a Yamaha motorcycle which was involved in a collision with a Toyota Corsa driven by a 28-year-old man from Paola.
He was taken to Mater Dei Hospital by ambulance.
A police investigation is currently ongoing.
