Your professional path began long before the foundation of ALLIANCE. Why did you decide to start the business together with your partners and what are the advantages of such a partnership?

Although we only launched the revamped and enhanced Alliance brand last year in July 2020; the brand has actually been built over sixteen years with the involvement and active participation of top performers in our industry achieving success as part of an international real estate franchise network.

To take full control of our business's direction; together with my partners, in 2019 we decided to exit the franchise model. This involved the exit of a full team consisting of 150 property advisors and staff who at the time were operating from our branches across Malta. With success we established this new Alliance as one of Malta's largest independent real estate brands.

The wealth of knowledge, professional experience and strong personal relationships of its founding partners are the basis through which Alliance has been built. This partnership of specialists is backed with a strong corporate structure offering central services and support and offers numerous advantages to our associates through higher earning potential, and most of all, to our clients who enjoy a better service, delivered efficiently to meet their needs.

 

How would you describe ALLIANCE to someone who has never heard of it before?

Alliance is an independent real estate brand made up of 175 diverse real estate people working closely together in very effective teams. Alliance property advisors have remote access to one of the largest property databases and are based in our offices through which they all receive management backing, support and ongoing training to provide an accessible level of service that is second to none.

What are your emotions on winning an unprecedented five prestigious awards during the Malta Real Estate, Property Development & Architecture Awards 2021, organised by Dynamic Events Ltd.?

For us this has been a tremendously rewarding experience. With all the challenges we faced last year in launching a totally new brand in the largest pandemic of our lifetime, this recognition of our hard work from the highly respected judging panel, fills me with personal satisfaction on behalf of my team, and gives us more energy to continue working on our expansion plans with even more enthusiasm. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the organisers for creating this prestigious platform for our industry and congratulate them on the excellent organisation of the whole event.
