James B. Holdings Limited has reported a landmark financial year, marked by the full consolidation of major subsidiaries and the continued international expansion of its diversified healthcare, food, catering and innovation portfolio.

For the financial year ended 31 March 2026, the Group generated revenue of €188.7 million, reported total assets of €377.3 million and recorded a net profit of €53.03 million, which includes a one-off gain of €31.9 million from the fair-value remeasurement of its previously held equity interests.

The results reflect the first full year in which the Group consolidated its major subsidiaries following a series of strategic acquisitions completed in July 2025. These included the acquisition of the remaining shares in Malta Healthcare Caterers Limited, bringing the Group's ownership to 100%, together with the acquisition of a further 40% stake in Kore Air Services Limited and Kore Inflight Services Limited for a total holding of 80% in the latter companies.

Previously recognised as minority investments, the companies are now consolidated on a line-by-line basis within the Group's financial statements, substantially increasing the scale of its reported operations and establishing a new financial baseline for future reporting periods.

Alongside its strong presence in Malta, where it manages major service concessions and provides essential nursing, healthcare and catering services, the Group has continued to broaden its international reach.

Its operations now include healthcare education and training, aviation catering services for international airlines, food manufacturing, retail, and healthcare and catering services in the United Arab Emirates, where the Group operates subsidiaries.

"What began as a confectionery business more than three decades ago has developed into a diversified group with a growing international presence across food manufacturing, healthcare, catering, retail and aviation services," said Chairman James Barbara.

"Over the coming year, we will continue to expand our operations, with a particular focus on strengthening our manufacturing and export capabilities. This includes growing our portfolio of own-brand and private-label products, which are already exported to 10 countries, while continuing to nurture our network of retail establishments in Malta."

The Group's growth strategy is supported by the successful issuance of a €30 million bond on the Malta Stock Exchange, further strengthening its capacity to pursue investment, expansion and operational excellence across its principal business sectors.

Following this transformational year, James B. Holdings will shortly embark on a strategic rebranding process. The new identity will bring the Group's diverse operations together under a single, cohesive brand that reflects its increased scale, international outlook and shared long-term vision.
