PN MP Adrian Delia has called for immediate action from the authorities over loud music coming from party establishments during the night.

In a Facebook post, Delia said that the noise coming from establishments in Rabat, was an "invasion of privacy and blatant violation of public peace."

He also said the high level of noise pollution, which was occurring at 02:30am, could be heard from the town of Żebbuġ.

"Everyone has the right to have fun. But everyone also has the right to rest. Rights must always be balanced with those of others. No one can infringe on the rights of others," Delia said.

He called for the immediate action from authorities.
