A man has died after falling three storeys on a construction site, the police said.
The accident took place at 6pm on Friday in Enrico Mizzi Street, Ta’ Xbiex.
The man, from Turkey and resident in Sliema, fell into a shaft while working.
He was certified dead on site.
He was later identified by friends on social media as Hayrettin Kok, who had been living in Malta for a number of years.
Magistrate Astrid May Grima is leading an inquiry.
