For the year 2023 Lidl Malta has been included among the "Top Employers Malta" and, having obtained the same national recognition in more than 5 European countries, it is also included among the "Top Employers Europe", confirming itself again in both categories. The Top Employers Certification, for over thirty years, has been the official and most authoritative recognition of corporate excellence in HR policies and strategies and their implementation to contribute to people's well-being.
The Top Employers Institute issues the certification to companies that meet specific parameters, verified through a survey that analyzes 400 HR practices on 6 specific areas divided into 20 different topics such as People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing and many more.
