Malta's Emma Cutajar chosen as finalist in the Commonwealth Song Contest

Malta's Emma Cutajar has been chosen as a finalist in the Commonwealth Song Contest this year, with the song ‘I Miss You’.

The Commonwealth Song Contest represents 2.5 billion people across 56 Commonwealth nations, administered by the UK Songwriting Contest.

Cutajar is the daughter of PN Whip Robert Cutajar, and will be among the finalists who will be subject to a period of public voting before the winning artist is announced.

A statement read that Emma Cutajar’s song had been chosen from a talented pool of potential candidates.
