Identità agency launches strategy for the coming three years

The  Identità agency has launched its strategy for the coming three years.

A government statement read that the agency continues to transform itself digitally to increase operational efficiency and offer "a service of excellence to its clients."

The strategy was unveiled by Home Affairs Minister Byron Camilleri and CEO of the agency Mark Mallia.

"The strategic plan places the worker at the heart of the agency's ambitious gals, by recognising the importance of employee development and, as such, is encouraging an environment of continuous education." The agency was set up ten years ago, Camilleri said. "It is essential that this agency and the services it offers continue to evolve with society and the Maltese economy. This progress Will be based on this new strategy, to continue improving the quality of service it offers to society."

Mallia said that this new strategy  commits the agency to accountability, and ensures that its decisions are in line with the vision and mission. "The significant digital transformation that the agency started years ago, will continue, in order to provide clients with user-centered methods, and secure and facilitated online platforms."
