€674,740 in fines for Planning Authority enforcement notice breaches in 2022 and 2023 are currently pending, Minister for Gozo and Planning Clint Camilleri revealed.
He responded to questions posed by PN MP Mario de Marco in Parliament. The Planning Authority received €42,764 from fines for the breach of enforcement notices in those years, Minister Camilleri said.
Camilleri said that in both years a total of 413 enforcement notices were issued.
