Labour MP Chris Fearne said Wednesday he will be giving his reaction to the court ruling which found there is prima facie evidence for him to stand trial later.
Walking out of court soon after Magistrate Leonard Caruana gave his ruling, Fearne did not respond to questions as to whether he will remain an MP.
A court has decreed that there is enough evidence against former Deputy Prime Minister Chris Fearne, current Central Bank governor Edward Scicluna and a host of others for them to stand trial in connection with the Vitals hospitals concession.
