The Labour Party has condemned "the aggressive and arrogant behaviour by the PN in Parliament this evening."

"Yet again, the Nationalist Party de facto leader Karol Aquilina disrupted today's parliamentary sitting through hysterical antics that have now become synonymous with the PN's leadership," the PL said.

"When the Speaker asked Aquilina to stop interrupting the sitting, the PN de facto leader hit back at the Speaker arrogantly telling him that he can only make him leave the Chamber if he called the police."

"In the same parliamentary sitting, PN MP Mark Anthony Sammut did a Karol Aquilina when he, too, accused the government of killing people. Asked to substantiate his allegations, Sammut said that he had no references to support his claim. The Labour Party once again asks Bernard Grech to condemn these senseless attacks on the Speaker of the House of Representatives."

"The people of Malta despise this politics of hatred from the Nationalist Party that is now at its worse."
