This is Us brings together the evocative work of Adele Borg, Marika Borg, Tessie Borg, Maria Briffa Bell, and Madeleine Vella Satariano - five friends and colleagues whose shared passion for art has culminated in a vibrant collective showcase. Each artist brings her own unique style, medium, and emotional depth, creating a dynamic fusion of perspectives that promises to stir the soul and ignite the senses.

• Adele Borg paints with romance and texture, drawing inspiration from her travels. Her vivid seascapes, forests, and nudes pulse with life and movement, reflecting her joyful embrace of nature and humanity. Her work is characterised by a heavy impasto technique.

• Marika Borg, a master of portraiture and plein air painting, captures Maltese streets and scenes with a keen eye and radiant palette. Her works are a testament to observation, tradition, and the beauty of everyday life.

• Tessie Borg explores the spiritual and symbolic through abstract compositions. Her art is deeply emotional, often tranquil, sometimes defiant -always resonant with her inner journey and search for meaning.

• Maria Briffa Bell offers a mystical lens into the human experience. Her fluid, instinctive style invites viewers to interpret and connect, transforming each piece into a personal narrative.

The exhibition is being held at the Razzett tal-Markiz Mallia Tabone in Mosta. It will be open to the public from 27 September until 5 October, daily from 10am to 12pm and 6 to 8pm
