Parliamentary Secretary Keith Azzopardi Tanti has launched the 'Renewal Spring Camps' initiative, led by Aġenzija Żgħażagħ under the theme 'Reset, Refocus, Revise'. These camps are specifically designed to offer a space for active rest and preparation for young people during the spring period.

Azzopardi Tanti emphasized the importance of young people having moments where they can pause and regain their energy.

He stated: "The Easter period is not just a holiday time, but a natural moment where our youths can reflect and invest in their well-being. When we invest in these programs, we are investing in a generation that is not only capable of studying better, but which has the necessary tools to take care of itself in an ever-changing world."

Simon Schembri, Manager of Community and Outreach at Aġenzija Żgħażagħ, presented an overview of the project where he explained that these camps are designed specifically for youths between the ages of 12 and 16 to help them build healthy routines and increase their focus before returning to school. He elaborated on the dynamics of the camps and the benefits for participants, stating: "Our ultimate goal is for young people to emerge from these camps with a clearer direction and healthier routines. Through these workshops, we will be helping them find the necessary motivation to face their academic and personal challenges with more confidence."

The Renewal Spring Camps program focuses on three main pillars.

Emotional balance: Through well-being activities and guided reflection to strengthen the stability of young people. The digital world: A space where youths learn how to use technology in a more conscious and productive manner. Exam preparation: Workshops on study skills and revision techniques to help youth feel more confident and ready for the upcoming exam season.

The Parliamentary Secretary concluded by thanking Aġenzija Żgħażagħ for its valuable work and encouraged all youths to take this opportunity to pause, focus, and renew their aspirations.
