During the meeting, Leader of the Partit Nazzjonalista Alex Borg thanked the candidates who are offering themselves for service, and expressed his appreciation not only to all candidates approved so far but also to others who have already shown interest in forming part of the Partit Nazzjonalista team for the general election and who will be approved in the coming weeks.

With the approval of these six additional candidates, the number of candidates approved so far to contest the next general election on behalf of the Partit Nazzjonalista has now risen to 34.
