Staff at the 11 HSBC branches in Malta’s Southern Area won the highest customer satisfaction rate for their service. A survey conducted for the period covering September to December 2007, revealed that the Southern Area branches staff were the most consistent in providing high quality levels of customer service.
“HSBC conducts three customer-service surveys a year to gauge the pulse of its customers and ensure that they are satisfied with the service they are offered and that their needs are being met,” said Ray Briffa, HSBC’s Head of Channel Management. “Understanding Customer feedback helps us to act on their expectations and assists us in ensuring that HSBC is the Best Place to Bank.”
The Best Customer Service Award was presented by Ray Briffa to Francis Gouder, HSBC’s Southern Area Director, on behalf of all the Branch Managers of the Southern Area branches.
