A 69-year-old man from Gharb, Gozo brandished an oriental sword during an argument that ensued in his hometown in the early hours of Sunday morning, at 3.30am.

Two young men involved in the argument, and who are both from Pembroke, were slightly injured.

The incident happened in Triq it-Trux, Gharb.

Police are investigating.
