Charlot Montebello, 27, of Swieqi, admitted that he caused her death involuntarily, on the day that proceedings against him were to start in front of Magistrate Saviour Demicoli.
The accident took place on 24 August 2001 in Tower Road when Montebello, who was riding a Kawasaki bike, caused the death of Margherita Xuereb.
