This meeting had been announced in a newspaper last Sunday, and the report included a comment from Foreign Minister Michael Frendo. It seems that this report was not read by opposition foreign affairs spokesman Leo Brincat, the ministry said.
Monday’s meeting was a result of Dr Frendo’s visit to Libya in
July, said the ministry, and similar meetings are expected to be held
regularly.
