The Malta Photographic Society is pleased to announce the launch of the 40th Open Annual Photographic Competition and Exhibition which will be held in May 2005 at the Istituto Italiano di Cultura in Palace Square, Valletta from 25 May to 10 June.

Monochrome and colour prints, as well as colour slides, will be accepted from Monday, 11 April to Tuesday, 12 April between 6pm and 8pm at the society’s premises at 137 Old Bakery Street, Valletta.

Works will be judged and prizes awarded by an international jury.

Entry forms, together with competition conditions, are available from leading photographic outlets and from the Malta Photographic Society every Thursday between 6pm and 8pm.
