ICM Participation in Outsource World London exhibition

International Call Management will be taking part in the Europe’s leading outsourcings event being held at Lawrence Hall in London UK on Wednesday and Thursday. ICM will form part of the companies involved in information and communications technology, call centres and back offices services whom together with Malta Enterprise will be exhibiting their services during this fair.

The Outsource World London exhibition aims to provide buyers with a comprehensive overview of the leading outsourcing suppliers within the UK, Europe and Asia and gives buyers the opportunity to meet these suppliers in a face-to-face business environment, discussing their services, areas of knowledge and expertise and listening to their case studies. With 2,000 pre-selected and pre-qualified visitors, this event will provide the visiting company with the optimum level of ROI compared to any other outsourcing event in Europe.

ICM Malta’s aim during this exhibition is to promote call centre services, a service which it is currently providing.
