Tunisian website webmanager center announced that Maltese private investors will be building a 200-bed hotel at Tabarka in Tunisia. The website quoted Maltese ambassador Yves de Barro as its source for the story.

The website also quoted Maltese embassy sources as saying that other Maltese investors are interested in the management and marketing sectors of the tourism field.

The Tunisian Minister for Trade and Artisans visited Malta last January and had a number of meetings with important Maltese businessmen.
