The Malta Labour Party will once again be organizing a fund-raising campaign on 31 March, a public holiday. Its theme will be “Another success thanks to you”.

During a press conference to launch the campaign, MLP deputy leader for party affairs Michael Falzon said that the campaign will start at noon and finish at 11pm. It will be held at the MLP headquarters in Hamrun.

Dr Falzon said that the MLP is extremely satisfied with the result it obtained at the last round of local council elections. “It was yet another positive result that should lead to a victory in the national election,” he said.

The fund-raising campaign is also intended to enable the MLP administration to meet as many people as possible, Dr Falzon said. He urged people to hand in their contribution personally.
