Toni Attard spent the last year and a half idling about in Edinburgh completing his Masters in Cultural Management and Policy, lecturing Drama and Theatre Arts at University, creating a performance with a Scottish group and presiding over the insane events of Ghaqda Maltin ta’ Barra (a pseudo socio-cultural group of all Maltese living in Edinburgh and Glasgow). He returned to Malta to work as an arts adviser. He has been training and performing with Aleateia Theatre group since 1999 and was last week performing in Anon’s Agamemnon directed by Paul Portelli.

The Greek tragedy looks at the triumphant King’s return to his wife, Clytemnestra following the fall of Troy. The production will be produced in collaboration with St James Cavalier Centre for Creativity and will be based on acclaimed playwright/actor/director Steven Berkoff's adaptation of Aeschylus’ original tale. The group brought to the stage their distinct physical style in a visually strong performance blended with live music, puppetry, dance and aerial work.
