No Maltese nationals have been reported injured in the explosions that took place in Dahab, Egypt on Monday evening.

The Department of Information said that Malta’s Embassy in Cairo has maintained constant contact with the Egyptian State Security and Embassies of other European Union Member States represented in Egypt, to verify and ensure that no Maltese nationals were injured in the explosions.
