To celebrate the week of pearls, Classic Jewellers is exhibiting a range of some of the finest and most sophisticated jewellery pieces in the world. These prestigious collections were brought over courtesy of Nimei and Miluna Pearls. The pearl week exhibition is open until next Sunday at the Classic Jewellers outlet in Republic Street, Valletta.

Once again this is a fantastic opportunity for all jewellery enthusiasts and buyers to view new and exclusive collections entirely dedicated to pearls. The collections include chokers, rings, earrings, bracelets and necklaces all of made vibrant by the new shades, the colour effects and reflections of light.

For this event Nimei has also produced an unprecedented interpretation of the classic string of pearls, which is now more youthful and rich in personality. The protagonist in this collection is the pearl, which is effectively enhanced by the skilful combination of gold and natural and precious gems. The collection also includes multi stringed necklaces and bracelets, in which the new combinations reinvent the ‘eternal classics’ giving the wearer exclusive style and charm.

The highlight of the collection is the special Natural Baroque pearl collection with unique one off pearls and diamond pendants and rings. This pieces are all hand made with the pearl being the centre of the design and creativity in the jewel.

The pearl week is also an educational experience on the assembly and production of pearls. Classic Jewellers have also brought over from Japan a collection of loose pearls in different sizes, qualities and colours. In fact, throughout this week customers will be given detailed information about the cultivation of some of the world’s finest pearls such as the South Sea Pearls, Tahitian Pearls and the famous Akoja Pearl. Classic Jewellers are also displaying a number of different oysters as well as samples of the various stages that go into the production of a pearl.

Throughout this week, customers spending Lm350 or over on any pearl jewellery will be entitled to a free weekend break for two at the Radisson SAS Golden Sands Hotel. Classic Jewellers will be open all week from 9am to 8pm Monday to Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 2pm.
