The police are investigating a fight that took place in a Marsascala apartment.

In a statement, the police said that they received reports that a fight took place in an apartment on Mintba Street. Officers investigated, and although they found tell tale signals of a brawl inside the flat, no one was there. However, later that evening a foreign national was admitted to St Luke's suffering from serious, but not life threatening, injuries. The police are still investigating.
