Continuing on its well-established reputation for supporting both local musicians and concerts by foreign artists in Malta, Vodafone is offering all its customers a Lm3 discount on the standard price of Lm18 for the Roger Waters concert tickets. These general standing tickets are now being sold at all Vodafone Retail Outlets in Paola, Naxxar, Birkirkara, Embassy, Valletta and Arkadia, Gozo. The concert will be held at the Luxol car park in Pembroke on 10 July 2006.

To get the discounted tickets, Vodafone customers must be registered in the VIP club. To register, customers are simply required to fill in a form provided at all Vodafone Retail Outlets. Furthermore, any other mobile network subscribers who switch to Vodafone and fill in the VIP club form can also purchase tickets at Lm15.

Roger Waters, co-founder and principal songwriter of rock band Pink Floyd, has always had a large following in Malta. His concert in Malta will feature The Dark Side Of The Moon in its entirety, among other great hits from The Wall, Wish You Were Here and more.
