Malta Independent Saturday, 8 July 2006, 00:00 Last update: about 14 years ago

Maltanet customer support agents are attending a BTEC course offered by MCAST leading to a Level 2 BTEC Award in Customer Service. The course is recognised by the Institute of Customer Service which is the leading professional body for customer service internationally.

This qualification supports the Institute’s goal of recognising, rewarding and celebrating the attainment of customer service excellence by organisations and individuals and supporting the continuing motivation and development of individual customer service professionals.

Maltanet HR executive Dorianne Bianco said, “Mltanet’s vision of retaining leadership through excellence can only be achieved if we have a competent and efficient customer care team. Together with MCAST, we have embarked on this training to ensure that our agents have the proper skills and have achieved accreditation with an internationally reputed body. This is also in line with our philosophy of continuous personal development programmes for our employees.”
