Public Broadcasting Services filed a judicial protest yesterday against online MLP newspaper Maltastar.com for publishing what it deemed to be untrue and partisan-motivated news items.

PBS said the articles, online earlier this week, were published maliciously and on a partisan basis with the intent of tarnishing the reputation of the national broadcaster.

PBS appealed for Maltastar.com to retract the malicious and untrue allegations that it had made. Dr Andrew Borg Cardona signed the protest.
