Propertyline Real Estate Agency recently promoted Alex Attard to the position of branch manager of their Sliema and Qawra offices. Mr Attard has had a very varied career and has been involved in various fields from marketing, to catering, to property in all its aspects.

Initially, he formed part of one of Malta’s leading marketing and public relations companies, then he branched off into a completely new direction when he opened up the well known Borsalino Restaurant in Paceville.

At the same time, he had his first experience in property when he purchased a very old and broken down house of character which he designed and converted himself.

From there he discovered his passion for architectural design, which he nurtured by attending various conferences and seminars abroad and through hard-earned, first hand experience. He has worked on various conversions and projects, seeing them through from the initial stages to the final sale.
